Married At First Sight Australia star Ridge Barredo has dropped a huge hint that a real wedding could be on the horizon for him and Jade Pywell.

The couple met for the first time at the altar on the popular Australian reality show, having been matched by a panel of relationship experts – Mel Schilling, John Aitken, and Alessandra Rampolla.

Building a strong connection on MAFS, Jade and Ridge recommitted to each other in their final vows ceremony and have remained a couple ever since.

Taking to his Instagram Story, Ridge shared a brief video clip that suggested a wedding could be on the cards.

In the short video, Jade can be seen looking at some stunning gowns in the window of a wedding dress shop.

Keen to not give too much away, Ridge didn’t add a caption to the clip – other than a 'shh' emoji.

This comes not long after Jade updated fans on her relationship with Ridge during an Instagram Q&A session, confirming she would like to have an official wedding ceremony in the future.

"Yesss I do want to be married one day," she said.

The couple recently celebrated their first anniversary, marking one year since they met on MAFS and their romance began.

The duo each shared heartfelt posts on Instagram, reflecting on their journey together.

"This time last year I married a complete stranger. I guess now the rest is history," Ridge wrote, alongside a video montage.

"I think he might want to keep me a little longer," Jade said. "28 August last year I was walking down the aisle, 28 August this year we are getting ready to leave for our third international trip together. Who would’ve thought."
