The first three seasons of Vera have found a new UK streaming home on Disney+.
Based on the Vera Stanhope novels by Ann Cleeves, the ITV series ran for 14 seasons over 14 years, starring Brenda Blethyn as the titular Detective Chief Inspector.
Vera follows the almost-retired detective at the fictional Northumberland and City Police as she and her team - including sergeants Joe Ashworth (David Leon) and Aiden Healy (Kenny Doughty) - solve cases, often utilising Vera's unique investigative skills.
The show ended in January this year with Vera solving her final case, hanging up her badge, and retiring from the force.
Every season of the show can be streamed on ITVX, while Disney+ users can now dip their toes into the first three seasons of the detective thriller.

What to Read Next
It has been praised by critics and fans alike, often dubbed the "best detective show on TV".
One IMDb user wrote: "If you enjoy brainy mysteries and fabulous cinematography, then this series is for you."
They added: "These are murder mysteries that are complex, character-rich, and rooted in the personal histories of those involved.
"These stories are not dependent on gore and shock value but are smart, intelligent, thrilling puzzles that draw you in for the ride."
Another heaped praise on Blethyn, writing: "Brenda Blethyn is an unbelievably talented actress; her initial Geordie accent I didn't buy into, but after a few episodes, she became spot on.
"She has a massive presence in the role and has truly made it her own. I feared when David Leon decided to leave, he was a great sidekick to Vera, but Kenny Doughty has proved to be a more than worthy replacement."
Meanwhile, a third person said: "Gutsy, gritty police drama series has an unusual format and a great star: Brenda Blethyn."
They surmised: "The mysteries are based on characters created by Ann Cleeves, and most of them are excellent. It's never easy to guess the killer. You won't see a parade of famous actors, but that works in the show's favour. A great show for mystery fans and those who like great acting.

Speaking to TV Week, Blethyn explained how she keeps Vera close to her heart after the show's emotional final episode.
"I have Vera’s hat and mac that I took home on the last day," she said. "Will [Nicholson], our producer, had cleverly contrived to shoot the very last scene in the incident room – simply because all the team and most of the crew would need to be there.
"There was a round of applause at the end, and a lot of speeches, and my dog, Jack, was there. I got so emotional."
