Paul questions Terese on the decision she made over Darcy's lease. He hopes that she merely wants to provide back-up accommodation for Nell, but Terese truthfully reveals that she's feeling insecure in their relationship and wanted to keep her own place.
Paul is hurt and Terese apologises for upsetting him. The couple hope to move forward when Paul and Terese are given an opportunity to look after Thomas for the night while Chelsea isn't around.
Later, Chelsea tries to make Paul jealous by claiming to have a date for the evening and wearing a sexy outfit when she drops Thomas off. Paul is confused when he finds out that Chelsea is meeting Jeffrey, who's keen to collect his blackmail money. Paul warns Chelsea that he doesn't want Thomas to have anything to do with a conniving man like Jeffrey.
Meanwhile, Dex questions Taye on his secret side hustle after spotting him with several unfamiliar women. Taye claims that he's a personal shopper and helping them to revamp their wardrobes. This backfires when Dex presents Taye with Vera Punt as his next client.
