Home and Away spoilers follow for UK viewers.
Home and Away's Dean Thompson rushes to the rescue on UK screens next week as Justin Morgan nearly drowns in the sea.
Dean (Patrick O'Connor) is horrified as he spots Justin struggling in the water following a day of rows with his partner Leah Patterson-Baker.
Upcoming episodes on Channel 5 see Justin's relationship with Leah (Ada Nicodemou) come under strain following Susie McAllister's dramatic departure from Summer Bay.
The couple both blame each other for being fooled by Susie, who fled from the Bay with their $90,000 life savings.

The tensions intensify when Leah tries to help Alf (Ray Meagher) and Roo Stewart (Georgie Parker) with their own dramas at the Surf Club.
After Susie took sponsorship money under false pretences, the Surf Club is facing serious scrutiny and a possible fraud investigation.
As Alf and Roo consider their options, Leah shows her support. However, Justin (James Stewart) is annoyed that she isn't focusing more on their own problems, which leads to a row between the pair.
Things get worse when Justin crosses paths with Susie's jilted partner John Palmer (Shane Withington) and bitterly blames him for everything. Leah is not impressed, so Justin seeks an escape by heading to the beach.

Leah is baffled as Justin grabs a surfboard and heads out into the water, desperate for something to take his mind off things.
The sea is much rougher than usual and a rogue wave smashes down on top of Justin, dragging him underwater and throwing him around.
Dean witnesses the drama and heads out to rescue Justin, while Leah watches on anxiously.

Dean manages to reach Justin just in time and pulls him to safety. However, Justin stubbornly refuses to get checked out in hospital, leaving Leah concerned that he isn't accepting the help he clearly needs.
Is this just the start of a downward spiral for Justin?
