Hollyoaks' Edward Hutchinson is set to turn threatening in next week's episodes as he vows to reveal his and Diane's sex secret to son Tony.
With Tony (Nick Pickard) and Diane's (Alex Fletcher) relationship now back on track after Diane admitted to sleeping with someone else while Tony was locked up on Breda's pig farm, a disgruntled Edward (Joe McGann) is getting increasingly irritated by Tony and Diane's PDAs.
As Verity (Eva O'Hara) arrives to spend the day with dad Edward on what would have been his wedding anniversary with her mum, Edward realises that life is too short and he tells Diane that he plans to reveal the truth about their affair.

The next day, Edward finds out that he has won an award and he makes it clear that he wants both Tony and Diane to be at the award presentation to hear his speech, which leaves Diane worried that he plans on sharing the secret in front of everyone.
Diane is concerned about what Edward could be planning, but Leela Lomax (Kirsty-Leigh Porter) urges Diane to stand up for herself.
