It looks like Mitchell Deveraux’s secret relationship with Scott Drinkwell’s drag alter-ego Anita Tinkle is not so secret anymore.
In tonight's first-look episode (October 30) of Hollyoaks, a final scene saw a shock twist in which Mitchell’s (Imran Adams) partner Cleo McQueen (Nadine Mulkerrin) uncovered the truth.
Earlier this week, Mitchell and Anita (Ross Adams) fled to the florists in a bid to enjoy some alone time, unaware that disaster lay ahead.
When a crane fell and started to sink into the ancient tunnels that run beneath the village, the florist shop caved in, leaving the pair trapped under the debris.
Later on in the hospital, although Mitchell’s okay, he learns that Scott is unconscious and could be suffering from brain damage.

As he rushes to Scott’s bedside, Cleo walks in just as Mitchell’s getting close to his lover – and just like that, all of the lies come crashing down.
The revelation arrives just ahead of a special Hollyoaks three-hander focusing on the love triangle between Mitchell, Scott and Cleo.
Speaking to Digital Spy about the emotional episode, Imran explained: "I can tell you that everyone involved has done their best and we're ready to blow your socks off.

"We wanted it to be quite different, quite unique and special, and we know that it's going to touch a lot of people.
"It involves many secrets. Many things are revealed to the audience and to the character. I'm very proud of it. I haven't seen it yet but the character is going to be shaken to its core and be changed forever. It's very emotional."
Hollyoaks airs Mondays through Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first-look episodes airing at 7pm on E4.
