Hollyoaks' Diane Hutchinson will be thrown into a new dilemma next week, when Finn arrives back in the village unexpectedly.
Viewers know that Finn (Keith Rice) is due to be released from prison, after serving his time for raping John Paul McQueen and attempting to rape Nancy Osborne.
Although Diane is desperate for Finn to move back to the family home, a huge question mark has loomed about whether he can plausibly have a future in the village going forward.
Putting aside his earlier concerns, Finn will surprise Diane by arriving home unannounced next week – unaware that she hasn't informed the rest of the family.
Panic-stricken after Finn's sudden arrival, Diane will offer him money to stay in a B&B until she has a chance to speak to Sinead.
Diane is then left torn when Finn insists that he has changed and begs for a chance to prove it.

Determined to turn the funeral into a positive, Sinead decides to celebrate the fact that there is one less rapist in the world – oblivious to the fact that Finn is back.
Fans will have to wait and see how Sinead reacts to Finn's return, but by the end of the week, she is asking her boyfriend Sami if she and Hannah can move into his.
As it becomes increasingly clear that he isn't welcome at Diane's, Finn offers to move into a hostel, but how will she react to this?
