In tonight’s episode of Emmerdale, Lewis’s hostage ordeal is revealed to Ross, as he desperately attempts to find him – and discovers a secret about his brother’s biological dad in the process. But will Kev be able to save his secret son?
Meanwhile, Charity’s struggles continue to escalate, and Jai and Kerry go against Caleb and Billy.

1. Ross learns the truth
Ross believes that Lewis is on holiday with Vinny, but he gets a concerning message that says his brother has been abducted, and will only be returned safely if his dad returns ‘Penny’ to the mystery kidnapper.
Not wanting to get the police involved, Ross sets out to find Lewis’s adoptive dad Jeffrey but gets nowhere in his search. Liam is left with no choice but to reveal that Lewis’s biological father is none other than Kev!

2. Lewis is in danger
Lewis is locked in a room by new character Kylie, who heads to the village and approaches Ross. Kylie explains that she is holding Lewis captive and that he will be released when Kev returns ‘Penny’, who is thought to be the most precious thing in the world. Lewis is later told by Kylie that his life is in serious danger – can he be saved?
3. Kev returns
On a mission to find Kev, Liam manages to convince Claudette to tell him where Kev is. Claudette discloses his whereabouts, and Liam finds Kev selling cakes from his van. He takes Kev back to the village, where Ross is annoyed with him for putting Lewis in danger.
Kev clarifies that Penny isn’t a woman, but a diamond that he sold at a pawn shop. Ross urges him to get it back, but we discover that Kev might not have been telling the truth…
4. Charity and Cain open up
Charity and Cain have an honest chat with one another about their current struggles. However, while Charity tells Cain to talk to Moira and Liam, she feels unable to tell her loved ones about her own pain.
Believing that she has post-natal depression, Mack admits to Chas that he is finding it hard to support his wife – and Chas feels guilty about hiding the truth about Sarah and Jacob’s baby. But the situation later escalates when Mack attempts to talk to Charity again.
5. Jai and Caleb are suspicious
As Caleb and Billy continue with their dodgy money-making scheme, Jai grows suspicious about what they’re up to. Meanwhile, Kerry keeps trying to make amends with Jai after he found out about her and Archie scamming Caleb – but Caleb spots their heated interactions and feels they are hiding something.
Caleb tries to investigate, but will he get to the bottom of Jai and Kerry’s secret?
