Emmerdale spoilers follow from Wednesday's episode (6 August), which is available to watch now on ITVX and YouTube but hasn't yet aired on ITV1.
Ross Barton and Steph Miligan's fresh start goes up in smoke on Emmerdale tonight - as a white lie drives a major wedge between them.
The couple are loved-up after vowing to give their relationship another try, but Ross's cheeky decision to tell fibs about his recent romantic history is about to come back to haunt him.
Earlier this week, Ross assured Steph that he didn't get with anyone during their time spent apart.
Viewers know this isn't true, as Ross had a one-night stand with Manpreet Sharma while on the rebound.

In tonight's episode, Ross is surprised to get the unexpected blessing of Steph's dad Caleb.
Caleb, who previously disapproved of their relationship, notes that Steph is the happiest she's been in weeks now that they're back together.
He does gives Ross a firm warning not to mess things up with Steph, but it seems to be too late for that as the damage has already been done…
At the café, Steph's mum Ruby and Ross's brother Lewis both playfully quiz Manpreet about her love life.

Manpreet is sheepish at first, but soon lets slip about the one-night stand with Ross that she'd rather forget.
Although Ross was single when he slept with Manpreet, his decision to lie to Steph raises an immediate red flag. How will Steph react when Ruby tells her? And could this lead to Steph's upcoming departure from the Dales?
Fans can watch the episode in full on ITVX and YouTube now, or wait for the ITV1 airing at 7.30pm tonight.
Georgia Jay, who plays Steph, recently announced that she's pregnant. She's expected to disappear off screen soon as her maternity leave begins.
