Steph goes into a full meltdown, smashing pots in the kitchen. When Ross finds out what's been happening, he is distraught for her.
As Steph explains her feelings to Ross, he tries to console her, but Steph snaps, insulting him. Ross withstands the torrent of abuse from Steph until she snaps out of it, riddled with guilt.
Meanwhile, John comes round to check on Tracy but is nervous to hear that Cain's going to find Nate.
Elsewhere, when Evan is taken into hospital, Billy despairs with guilt but Dawn convinces him that it wasn't his fault, and he's comforted by her support.
