Emmerdale's April Windsor will be faced with a devastating decision next week, after her baby's funeral is held.

After April ran away from home over Christmas and began living on the streets, it was revealed that the teenager was hiding a secret pregnancy.

When she started experiencing pains, April suffered a tragic stillbirth in a public toilet, and she has since been struggling with her emotions after returning home to her family.

April's dad Marlon Dingle and stepmum Rhona Goskirk hold baby Rebecca's funeral, although April decides not to attend the ceremony.

Marlon and Rhona then both agree that April should be involved in scattering Rebecca's ashes, but when they bring the topic up with April, she vows that she wants nothing to do with scattering the ashes.

The couple are concerned by April's decision, but will she change her mind about saying a final goodbye?

This week's scenes will see April's friend Dylan, who she met while living on the streets, make a return as he meets up with April.

While Marlon isn't happy to see Dylan, as he worries about his influence on April, he agrees to consider letting Dylan stay for a night.

But things take a nasty turn next week, when Marlon resorts to ruthless tactics to try to get rid of Dylan for good and the teen ends up in hospital.
