Emmerdale's April Windsor will go missing after Marlon Dingle is taken into custody over Graham Foster's murder.
In scenes airing next week, April (Amelia Flanagan) wants to visit Marlon (Mark Charnock) in prison. Marlon is suspected of killing Graham, but the real culprit is Pierce Harris.
Cain lies to April that no children are allowed to visit. He then tries to persuade Marlon to let April visit, but Marlon refuses, thinking that he would be too emotional.

April is upset after hearing how much Marlon is struggling. She then finds out from an unwitting Eric Pollard (Chris Chittell) that Bob and Mandy have been lying to her about no children being allowed at the prison.
April goes missing, leading to Mandy (Lisa Riley) to call the police.

Marlon also finds out about April's disappearance, causing him to lash out at one of the prison guards.
The next day, Sam Dingle (James Hooton) visits Marlon in prison and Marlon is upset when he realises that refusing to let April visit was a significant factor in April running off. Sam wants Marlon to be strong for April, even if he has to fake it.
Bob and Sam eventually find April on the side of a road. They try to get through to her, as she tries to run away from them.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
