Emmerdale has confirmed the full explosive details of what happens when Cain Dingle finds out the truth about Moira Dingle and Nate Robinson's affair – with all three lives in danger.
In scenes airing next week, Faith Dingle (Sally Dexter) incorrectly tells Cain (Jeff Hordley) that she thinks Moira (Natalie J Robb) is cheating on him with Pete Barton (Anthony Quinlan).
This leads to Cain setting up a trap for Pete. Cain knocks Pete unconscious and ties him up. Pete, bleeding and panicking, eventually reveals that Moira is actually having an affair with Nate (Jurell Carter).
Meanwhile, Moira and Nate attend an agricultural show on Cain's suggestion and enjoy their time together at a hotel.
Cain surprises the pair by showing up at the hotel, as he forces them into his car and then onto a boat for a fishing trip.
Cain confronts Nate, who confesses the affair. A furious Cain then fights with Nate and gains the upper hand – and armed with a plank, Cain looks like he might kill Nate. But there's a twist, as Moira is also pushed overboard during the fight and finds herself trapped underwater, tangled among the weeds.
