If you thought the arrival of Jamie Tate has softened Emmerdale's favourite superbitch Kim Tate, you might want to think again.
Jamie has been feeling suffocated by his mother since, well, day one really. To try and get some of his life back, he's been working with Rhona Goskirk, Vanessa Woodfield and Paddy Kirk to manipulate Kim into signing away her shares of the vets to him.
He managed to convince her to do that after he tells her that Rhona is bullying him, which she plays up, and that owning some shares would make the others respect him more.

BUT things went dreadfully wrong for Jamie in Wednesday's episode (July 24) when he discussed his actions with wife Andrea, completely unaware that their daughter Millie accidentally started a video call with Kim... and she could hear everything.
The paperwork hasn't been signed yet, so where she could go next is anyone's guess. But knowing Kim, she isn't going to take an attempt at being conned lightly...

Elsewhere in the episode, Kim strong armed Rishi and Manpreet Sharma into accepting an unfair loan in order to save the factory, while Laurel Thomas and Jai Sharma came clean about their relationship to the village, which leads to her son Arthur Thomas bribing Jai for junk food.

Emmerdale currently airs weekdays at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
