Emmerdale is lining up a new love interest for newcomer Billy Fletcher next week, as he starts to get closer to someone else in the village.
Since arriving on the soap over Christmas last year, Billy (Jay Kontzle) has mainly just been finding himself in lots of trouble, from being attacked within a day of his arrival to feuding with his estranged brother Ellis Chapman (Asan N'Jie).
Soon, however, it looks like Billy's luck will start to change as he gets close to Tracy Metcalfe (Amy Walsh) in upcoming scenes.
Tracy has been single on the soap ever since her relationship with husband David (Matthew Wolfenden) broke down last year when he cheated on her with his former flame Leyla.
Billy, meanwhile, is soon to find himself in even more trouble when Ellis spots him chatting to his own love interest Victoria in the pub, prompting a jealous Ellis to fight with his brother, before the confrontation escalates as Ellis attempts to run Billy over.
Will Tracy prove to be the person who encourages Billy to stop his sibling rivalry, or will unlucky-in-love Tracy end up caught in the middle of the Billy-Ellis feud?
