It's Kojo's birthday and Harry is ordered to keep him out of the flat all day, while dodgy deals take place. George gets sidetracked with his plans to take Kojo out for the day, so Kojo arrives home earlier than planned and discovers that Okie has taken over the place with some criminal associates.
Okie tries to calm Kojo down by giving him a pill. However, George soon finds Kojo in a terrible state and discovers that he's taken drugs.
Meanwhile, Phil is annoyed as Julie's chickens have been keeping him awake. Phil and Julie continue to clash over their different approaches to Nigel's care, until things come to a head.
Elsewhere, Teddy advises George to steer clear of Nicola, but they end up giving into temptation again.
