Harvey struggles to give an answer to Jean's marriage proposal. Jean rushes off to the café and confides in Kathy about her heartbreak. Once Jean returns, Harvey tries to tell her the truth but she misinterprets his words as an acceptance of her proposal.
Later, Harvey heads to Kathy's and the pair share a kiss, unaware that Cindy is watching and has recorded it all.
Meanwhile, Suki's suspicions grow when she asks Avani and Ross about their conversation and they both give her different answers. In the end, Vicki is forced to reveal to Suki that Joel slept with Avani.
Elsewhere, Harry seeks a distraction in The Vic with Billy after misreading the signals with Gina.
Also today, Linda tries to convince Phil that he should speak to Sharon.
