EastEnders star Harriet Thorpe has shared the cast's nerves ahead of the show's big live episode this evening.
The BBC soap is currently celebrating 40 years on air, airing a huge week of episodes that has included a big explosion at the Queen Vic.
The soap's actors will be going live for tonight's events, and Harriet – who plays Elaine Knight – has admitted that the prospect is both "thrilling and exciting".

"But the brilliance is all the people who have been involved. How they've created this puzzle that they've made work is fantastic," Harriet added.
The special episode will also give fans the chance to shape events, with viewers able to vote on whether Denise Fox chooses to be with Ravi Gulati or Jack Branning.

The show also added another twist in events yesterday by unveiling a surprise second vote – a chance to pick the name of Sonia's baby.
In other news, last night's episode saw the surprise return of Angie Watts, with Anita Dobson reprising her iconic role as part of a hallucination for daughter Sharon.
Responding to her comeback, Anita said: "I have to say a huge thank you to everyone on the EastEnders team for making me feel so welcome. It was joyful. When I first put the costume on, it was like 'Wow'. It was very wonderful and weird at the same time."
EastEnders airs on Mondays-Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer, where most episodes drop early at 6am ahead of their TV broadcast.
