The soap previously went live in 2010 and 2015, and both times there were mishaps. In 2010's 'Who Killed Archie Mitchell?' reveal episode, Jack actor Scott Maslen started speaking nonsense, something that he admitted still haunts him a decade later.
In 2015's 'Who Killed Lucy Beale?' live episode, Jo Joyner returned as Tanya and infamously asked "How's Adam?" instead of "How's Ian?"

This year's live episode will reveal who attacked (but didn't kill) Cindy on Christmas Day after the explosive revelation that not only had she been cheating on Ian with Junior Knight, but every time she did, she was thinking about Junior's dad George.
The anniversary will also feature a huge explosion in the Queen Vic, and viewers will get to decide whether Denise ends up with Jack or Ravi Gulati.
EastEnders airs on Mondays-Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer, where most episodes drop early at 6am ahead of their TV broadcast. The live episode will air on Thursday, February 20. Saturday Kitchen airs every Saturday morning on BBC One.
