Coronation Street's Adam Barlow confronts Gary Windass next week as he grows increasingly suspicious over the villain's behaviour.
Adam (Samuel Robertson) has kept a close watch on Gary over the past few weeks, having realised that there's something suspicious about his ongoing loyalty to Rick Neelan's family.
Gary (Mikey North) gives Adam even more incentive to investigate the matter next week, as he calls into Underworld and insists on increasing the rent.
Adam doesn't want his wife Sarah (Tina O'Brien) or brother-in-law Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) to be taken for a ride by Gary, so continues to do some digging.

Adam hopes to get answers from Laura Neelan (Kel Allen) and he's intrigued when she tells him that Rick sends her money via his minions. As Laura believes Rick to be on the run from the law, she doesn't ask any questions.
Putting the pieces of the puzzle together, Adam starts to wonder whether Gary's unreasonable rent demands could be connected to this.
When Gary later makes a return visit to the factory, Adam intervenes and finally voices his suspicions.
Gary is unsettled as Adam claims that it's obvious he's involved in some dodgy deal, which explains why he's so desperate for the cash.

Later, Adam turns on the charm with Laura once again, hoping for further details on exactly how she gets the money from Rick.
Laura shows Adam the key to her safety deposit box and he secretly takes a picture of it on his phone. Is it only a matter of time before he discovers all of Gary's secrets?
Corrie fans know that Gary killed Rick in self-defence in June last year. Although he has managed to keep his guilt under wraps, his ongoing deception is expected to unravel in the coming weeks.
Coronation Street airs these scenes on Monday, July 13, Wednesday, July 15 and Friday, July 17 at 7.30pm on ITV.
