The New Year sadly won't mean a fresh start for Coronation Street's Fiz Stape as Jade Rowan continues her scheming.
Jade was recently sent packing from the cobbles by Fiz and her partner Tyrone Dobbs after Hope returned to school, meaning that her services as a nanny were no longer required.
But as we previously revealed, Jade will find a way to get herself back in Fiz's home before Christmas, staying with the family over the festive period.
And while Jade manages to fool Fiz and Tyrone, Evelyn Plummer isn't convinced and keeps a watchful eye on Jade.
Later episodes will see Hope make out that Ruby pushed her off the bench and hurt her arm.
Evelyn suspects Hope is just attention seeking, but Fiz isn't sure what to believe.

Days later Jade will take Hope to A&E to have her arm checked.
When Fiz arrives the doctor explains that Hope has broken her arm after trapping it in a door, causing her mum to realise Hope has been lying again.
The events cause Evelyn to warn Fiz and Tyrone again that there's something not right about Jade and it's time she moved out.
But Fiz leaps to Jade's defence. Will she ever be able to see Jade for who she really is?
Coronation Street airs these scenes on New Year's Day at 8pm and Friday, January 3 at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
