Coronation Street will next week begin Asha Alahan's new storyline, which will highlight the dangers of illegal skin bleaching.
ITV has released pictures which show Asha (Tanisha Gorey) coming home and greeted by her father Dev (Jimmi Harkishin), who asks about her day.
Asha drops her bag, and one of the items that falls out is a tub of skin-lightening cream.
As Dev gets down to help Asha pick up her stuff from the floor, it looks like he will notice the cream.
Dev becomes distracted at work as a result, and gets a telling off from Evelyn Plummer (Maureen Lipman).
Coronation Street is working closely with the British Skin Foundation for the storyline.

In June, details of the storyline were reported. Asha buys the illegal bleaching cream online when she wants to lighten her skin tone and 'look less Indian' in appearance.
The bleaching cream puts her health at extreme risk, as she is unaware that it could contain harmful chemicals. Bleaching cream can cause side effects including scarring and kidney, liver, or nerve damage.
This comes after Asha, Dev, and Aadi (Zennon Ditchett) went to India to visit Dev's dying uncle.
Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
