Coronation Street's Michelle Connor reveals some surprising baby news to Robert Preston next week.
Michelle tells her partner that she might be pregnant, leaving him overjoyed that he may finally get to realise his dream of being a father.
Viewers know that Michelle discussed the possibility of trying for a baby last year, knowing that Robert (Tristan Gemmill) was keen to be a dad.
Although Michelle initially ruled it out as she feared getting pregnant again following the tragic loss of baby Ruairi, she later changed her mind and agreed to consider it after all.
Next week, Michelle assures Robert that she wants to extend their family just as much as he does.
Robert kisses Michelle fondly after her encouraging words, but soon gets distracted by other issues – including Vicky Jefferies urging him to re-hire Tyler at the Bistro.

Kym Marsh, who plays Michelle, recently announced that she'll be taking a break from Corrie later this year.
Speaking on Sunday (February 24), Kym explained: "When I was lucky enough to be offered four episodes on Coronation Street, I could never in my wildest dreams have thought I’d be here thirteen years later.
“It’s been an incredibly difficult decision but it feels like the right time for me to take a break from the show and explore some other roles.
“But this isn’t the last you’ve heard of Michelle Connor, she’ll be back! I can’t wait to see what the writers have in store for the future.”
Coronation Street airs Michelle's baby bombshell on Friday, March 8 at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
