Charlie Sheen has seemingly ranted about his ex-wife Brooke Mueller and California's Department of Child Protective Services on Twitter.

A message purportedly written by Sheen appeared on his Twitter account on Friday (November 1), and detailed apparent grievances over his and Mueller's custody agreement for their twin sons Bob and Max.

Sheen also posted an image of himself in his Halloween costume as "an officer" from the Department of Child Protective Services.

"Last night was awesoem! I went as an officer from DCFS (child protection srvc) because that's about as sane as these inept and retarded doosh bags seem when dealing with my sons bob and max (sic)," Sheen wrote.

He continued: "it's an abhorrent d**k dance that has NOTHING to do protecting any child. instead they are swayed by the evil and pathetic über loser wh*re that calls herself Brooke. there will be a reckoning.

"There will be a whirlwind, that they will all reap while desperate begging for my forgiveness. you've all been warned. C bob if u delete this u are cooked and fired like a luau swine."

Mueller has not issued any reply to Sheen's comments on Twitter or through her spokesperson as of yet.

She allegedly sought treatment for substance abuse at the Betty Ford Center earlier this year, with her and Sheen's sons staying with Denise Richards at that time.
