Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller has had probation in her drugs case ended early by a judge.

Mueller was charged with cocaine possession in February 2012 after being arrested at a Colorado ski lodge.

She was ultimately sentenced last May to one year of probation, banned from drinking alcohol and required to submit to random drug tests.

Mueller has since spent time in rehab for Adderall dependency and her lawyers have stressed that she is working on rebuilding her life.

A judge has now let Mueller off probation several months early because she has adhered to all the requirements, according to TMZ.

The cocaine case will be completely expunged from Mueller's record if she remains clean and sober through May.
