Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller will not face jail time in her drug possession case.
The charges stemmed from her arrest on suspicion of felony cocaine possession in Denver last December.
Mueller was formally charged over the matter in February, with rumors of a plea deal emerging a month later.
A spokesperson for the star confirmed to The AP that judgment will be deferred in the drug case if Mueller complies with a set of court regulations.
Mueller will be required to serve one year of probation, where she must refrain from drinking alcohol and submit to random drug tests.
The 34-year-old checked into "long-term" rehab in the immediate aftermath of her arrest and began outpatient treatment in February.
