Renee Zellweger is heading over the rainbow to star as Judy Garland in a new biopic about the actress and singer.
Written by The Crown's Tom Edge, Judy will focus on the star's final concerts in London in 1968 (via The Hollywood Reporter).
Set 30 years on from Garland's starring role in The Wizard of Oz, she arrives in London to a sellout run of concerts. But she must overcome issues with her management as she prepares for her appearances, as well as spending time flirting with musicians and looking back over her career with friends and fans.
The movie will also show the start of her romance with Mickey Dean, who went on to be her fifth husband.
Rupert Goold is directing the film, which is backed by Pathe and Calamity Films, with production due to start in February next year. BAFTA-winning David Livingstone of Pride will produce the movie for Calamity Films.
And given the impressive voice Zellweger demonstrated in Chicago, we're bound to hear some renditions of Garland's best known songs.
