Everyone has an opinion on the relative merits of the various Spider-Man films, and former Mary Jane Watson actress Kirsten Dunst isn't sugar coating her own thoughts.
Tobey Maguire's co-star in Sam Raimi's 2002-2007 trilogy was recently asked by The Hollywood Reporter about the beloved property, which is now being rebooted for the third time in a decade.
"I don't care," she said of the reboots. "Everyone likes our Spider-Man. C'mon, am I right or what? Listen, I'd rather be in the first ones than the new ones."
Dunst certainly doesn't have any regrets about her role in the films.
"I wanted to be in that movie so badly," she said. "I loved it, and I wish we could have made a fourth."

Though that isn't to say that she doesn't have some misgivings about the films, with the ugly spectre of gender pay disparity raising its head.
"Because I was young, I thought, 'Oh wow, I'm getting paid a lot of money for the Spider-Man movies'," Dunst added. "But definitely the men were getting paid more. So yes, I experienced that."
The interview notes that she hasn't seen Spider-Man's "last instalment", although it's unclear whether this means The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Andrew Garfield's entire run or Tom Holland's debut in Captain America: Civil War.
Holland's first solo film, Spider-Man: Homecoming, is out on July 7.
Dunst will next be seen in The Beguiled, which reunites her with director Sofia Coppola and will shortly premiere at Cannes.
