Daniel Radcliffe's South Africa-set thriller Escape from Pretoria is now available to stream for free. The 2020 movie sees the actor play anti-apartheid activist and political prisoner Tim Jenkin, whose book Inside Out: Escape from Pretoria Prison the film is based on.
After being sentenced for 12 years, the movie follows Jenkin as he plans a daring escape from behind bars alongside two other inmates.

What did the critics say about Escape from Pretoria?
Critical reception for Escape from Pretoria was largely positive, with the movie landing a solid 73% fresh score on Rotten Tomatoes based on 44 reviews.
The Sun called it "unbearably tense" in their review, saying it was "right up there with something like Ben Affleck’s Argo, also based on a true story" and "boasts visual flourishes of a sort you might expect from Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan".
