It was reported over the weekend that Berry's character Storm would feature in just one scene.
Berry previously admitted her role was a constant challenge during filming due to her pregnancy.
She said: "My ever-growing belly was posing a constant challenge. What I could do was getting more limited so the role that I play is so different from what it could have been, due to my surprise pregnancy."
When asked by Digital Spy on Twitter if the rumours were true, Singer replied with a "No".
