Fate: The Winx Saga star Sadie Soverall has landed her newest role in an upcoming action thriller.
Soverall will star along with It's Jaeden Martell and Lost in Space's Maxwell Jenkins in the survival film titled Sand and Stones.
They will star alongside The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent's Nicolas Cage in the post-apocalyptic thriller from director Ben Brewer.

As reported by Deadline, Sand and Stones will follow Cage's Paul and his teenage twin sons Joseph and Thomas, played by Jaeden Martell and Maxwell Jenkins respectively, as they fight to exist.

Living in constant fear in a world with few human beings left, the family is suddenly faced with danger and must make a plan to survive. Details of Soverall's role are yet to be revealed.
"Jaeden and Maxwell are rising stars and are perfectly cast as the twin sons of Paul, played by the incomparable Nicolas Cage," said producer Arianne Fraser.
"And rounding out our fantastic cast is the up-and-coming actress Sadie Soverall in this thrilling, action packed ride," she added of Soverall's rising star.

Meanwhile, producer Delphine Perrier said: "With his keen eye and unique vision, Ben Brewer is the ideal director to bring Mike Nilon’s apocalyptic and electrifying script to life.
"Our initial film with Ben was The Trust and we are looking forward to working once again with this talented filmmaker."
The news marks Soverall's first role since starring as Beatrix in Fate: The Winx Saga. The series was cancelled by Netflix after just two seasons.
Announcing the cancellation earlier this month, showrunner Brian Young said: "Hi All! So this is not fun news to share, but Netflix have decided not to move forward with season three of Fate: The Winx Saga."
