Disney's Mulan has released the music video for Christina Aguilera's new version of 'Reflection'.

The singer has returned to record a new rendition of the song that first featured in the 1998 animated film. This new offering accompanies the upcoming live-action remake.

The music video, which you can watch above, is directed by the remake's director Niki Caro.

In the original music video recorded for the animated movie, a 17-year-old Aguilera performed the song while walking around a Japanese pond. For this new version, she sits on her puffy blue dress while screaming about her reflection at a disconcertingly large puddle of water that surrounds her.

Earlier this month, it was announced that the live-action remake of Mulan, which has had its theatrical release repeatedly delayed by the coronavirus pandemic, will instead be released on Disney+.

Disney+ customers will be able to purchase the film for a premium price, on top of their monthly £5.99 subscription fee.
