Jason Isaacs will lead the new USA Network limited run series Dig.

Dig is a six-episode event from Heroes creator Tim Kring and Homeland producer Gideon Raff.

Isaacs will play FBI agent Peter, who is investigating a murder of a young archaeologist in Jerusalem.

While in the holy city, Peter stumbles on a centuries-old conspiracy that has worldwide implications.

Production on Dig will take place in Jerusalem, as well as other international locations.

Dig is slated to air on the USA Network later this year.
