The cast for Survivor: Cagayan includes NBA star Cliff Robinson and Miami Marlins president David Samson.
This season will see the 18 contestants split into three separate tribes based on brawn, brains and beauty.
Survivor renewed for two seasons, Jeff Probst continuing as host
Robinson is perhaps the best known competitor this season, having played for the NBA's Portland Trail Blazers, Phoenix Suns and Detroit Pistons.
He was also recently a member of the squad of basketball players brought to North Korea by Dennis Rodman to play in a controversial exhibition basketball game.
Miami Marlins boss Samson took time away from his team last summer to shoot Survivor's new season.

The cast also includes a former beauty queen, a professional poker player and an ex-NFL cheerleader.
Survivor: Cagayan is the first season to feature a cast of totally new competitors since 2012.
