Modern Family was the top-rated show on network TV on Wednesday (March 16), according to Nielsen figures.
ABC's lineup saw The Middle earn 1.7 (7.15m) at 8pm, The Goldbergs take 2.0 (6.69m) at 8.30pm and Modern Family reach 2.5 (8.14m) at 9pm.
Black-ish matched last week's score of 1.9 (6.12m) at 9.30pm on ABC, before Nashville finished off the night with 0.9 (4.22m) at 10pm.
CBS won the key 18-49 demographic overall with 1.9.
Survivor interested 2.1 (9.50m) at 8pm on CBS and Criminal Minds earned 1.9 (9.80m) at 9pm, before Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders topped previous timeslot-holder Code Black in its debut with 1.6 (8.88m) at 10pm.
Fox's Rosewood and Hell's Kitchen garnered 0.9 (3.72m) at 8pm and 1.1 (3.57m) at 9pm.
The CW and NBC aired encore programming.
