Marvel's ever-growing library of original TV shows just got another new addition, with the highly-anticipated Secret Invasion now streaming on Disney+.
Secret Invasion sees Samuel L Jackson reprise his role as Nick Fury, as he uncovers a conspiracy of shapeshifting Skrulls that have been infiltrating Earth for years in positions of power and as prominent MCU figures.
To prevent a Skrull invasion and to save the world, Fury recruits returning MCU stars Martin Freeman as Everett K Ross, Cobie Smulders as Maria Hill, and Skrull ally Talos played by Ben Mendelsohn.

Unfortunately, there's currently no way to get a free trial for Disney+, but you may be able to save some money if your mobile network provider is O2, as it offers six months of Disney+ free for upgrading and new customers as part of their Extra deals.
If you're with O2 but aren't looking to upgrade, you can still add Disney+ to your plan and it'll give you £2 off your monthly bill as a bonus.

The series will also introduce newcomers to the MCU, including Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke as Talos' daughter G'iah.
The Crown's Oscar-winning Olivia Colman also makes her Marvel debut as Sonya Falsworth, a high-ranking MI6 agent who is an old ally of Fury.
The show's villain is a rebel Skrull named Gravik played by Peaky Blinders star Kingsley Ben-Adir, who infiltrates Earth looking for resources to help the Skrulls.
Secret Invasion marks the first series of Phase Five of the MCU, and is created by Kyle Bradstreet and based on the crossover Marvel comic of the same name that ran for eight issues in 2008.

Freeman, who has made appearances in Captain America: Civil War, Black Panther and its sequel Wakanda Forever, recently teased what Marvel fans can expect from the new series.
"It feels pretty different to stuff I've seen. It does feel like a little departure," he said.
"I go wherever they tell me to go. You know what I mean? I'm a bit like Ross in that way." Freeman added on playing the CIA agent.
"I just like playing him. I like playing him in whatever kind of situations they want to put him in because he does bits of action and bits of espionage and bits of thinky-talky things.
"He’s generally, we hope, on the side of good, but it’s always quite ambiguous. It’s ambiguous. And I enjoy that because I think life is ambiguous."
Secret Invasion is streaming now on Disney+ with new episodes releasing weekly on Wednesdays.
