Strictly Come Dancing's Layton Williams has thanked fans after he and pro partner Nikita Kuzmin made it to Musicals Week.
The Bad Education star was at risk of being eliminated during Sunday's (November 26) episode, but managed to secure a place in next week's show. Layton and Nikita were saved by the judges, while Angela Scanlon and her partner Carlos Gu, who were also in the bottom two, had to go home.
Following the show's result, Layton took to Twitter/X to comment on the tense dance-off.

"That was close! SO grateful to be through to Musicals Week! Being in the bottom two has given me a up my [fire emoji] up my [peach emoji]," he wrote, adding: "Big love to all of our supporters."
During Sunday's episode, the Everybody's Talking About Jamie star and pro dancer Nikita performed an American Smooth to 'It's Oh So Quiet' by Björk, while Angela and Carlos danced a Cha-cha to 'I Will Survive' by Gloria Gaynor.

The judges voted to save Layton and Nikita 3-1, with Motsi Mabuse being the only one on the panel to vote for Angela and Carlos.
"It's honestly been incredible. I'm gutted, really gutted that it's finished now, but it has been the most wonderful experience," Angela told Tess Daly after the elimination, adding she has made a "best friend" in Carlos.
Strictly Come Dancing airs on Saturdays and Sundays on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on weeknights on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
