Cheaters series one premiered back in 2022 and followed strangers Fola and Josh, who had a one-night stand after meeting when their flights were delayed, despite them both having partners back home.
Things became even more complicated when the pair discovered that they had become new neighbours, with Fola and her husband Zack moving into the house next to Josh and his girlfriend Esther.
What to Read Next
Series two will pick up six months after the events of the first series, following Fola and Josh and as their relationship continues to blossom.
However, Fola wants to take things slow given her divorce from Zack is yet to be finalised, while Josh is a "ball of anxiety when it comes to the tough conversations, and he finds himself going to extreme (and unwise) lengths to 'give her some space'".

The official synopsis continues: "Meanwhile, with Zack quietly determined to win Fola back, and Josh's scorned ex-girlfriend Esther returning from her travels at long last, the stage is set for some big decisions on all sides. Can a relationship that started as an affair ever transcend its messy beginnings?"
When Cheaters was renewed for a second series earlier this year, Petra Fried, Joint Managing Director for Clerkenwell Films, teased that some new characters will also come into the fold.
"It's great to have our Cheaters back on the BBC, giving us a chance to see if the two sets of neighbours are managing their newly-aligned relationships - and also introducing us to some intriguing newcomers, who viewers will meet in due course," she said.
Cheaters series two will arrive on BBC iPlayer and BBC One on Tuesday, November 19.
