Sky Atlantic has released a first look at the highly anticipated second season of Gangs of London.
It's been more than two years since the crime drama series hit our screens back in April 2020, and the new teaser trailer has given fans a glimpse at the bloody action to come.
The first look reunites fans with ex-undercover cop Elliot (Ṣọpẹ́ Dìrísù), who at the beginning of the trailer ominously asks: "Do you know this world you're in?"

He goes on to say: "I've seen things you haven't. Do you know how it feels to be powerless? How it feels to be a pawn in someone else's game? The things it makes you do..."
The trailer ends with Elliot asking: "What does it feel like, to be a king?"
The drama-filled trailer, of course, has plenty of guns and explosions, and it looks as though it will be just as thrilling as the first. After all, fans are still eagerly waiting to see the aftermath of Sean's confrontation with Elliot in the season one finale.

"The surviving Wallaces are scattered, the Dumanis broken and estranged, and Elliot is now being forced to work for the investors... Who will win the battle for London's soul?"
Reprising their roles for the next instalment are I May Destroy You's Paapa Essiedu (Alex Dumani) and Pippa Bennett-Warner (Shannon Dumani), as well as Game of Thrones' Lucian Msamati (Ed Dumani) and Michelle Fairley (Marian Wallace).
Joining the cast this time around are Waleed Zuaiter as Koba, rapper Jasmine Armando as Saba, Fady El-Sayed as Faz, Salem Kali as Basem and Aymen Hamdouchi as Hakim.
Although an official release date for Gangs of London has not been announced yet, the teaser is an indication that it could be arriving very soon.
