Jane is annoyed when she discovers that the person who bought Mike's motorbike has relisted it for sale for more than they paid her. But when she learns that person was Vic, she's furious, confronting him and vowing to never trust a word that comes from Vic's mouth again.

Vic is genuinely contrite, having bought the bike anonymously to help ease the burden of what he knew was a painful task for Jane. He admits to Melanie that he feels partly responsible for Jane and Mike's break up, prompting Melanie to go to Jane to explain Vic's truth.

Melanie appeals to Jane's sense of fairness and urges her to give Vic another chance. To her credit, Jane listens and when Vic reveals his guilt, she sets him straight – rather than being responsible, Vic actually did Jane and Mike a favour, pushing her to do what she needed to do.

What to Read Next

With a weight off both their shoulders, Jane and Vic reconcile, but their new relaxed vibe puts Byron on edge.

Meanwhile, Sadie is thrilled when Andrew and Wendy announce they are starting marriage counselling, hoping it'll be the catalyst to get her parents back on track. Wendy embraces the chance to open up, admitting long-felt insecurities about her identity and relationship with her culture but saying her connection with Quinn was about her decision to finally embrace that and had nothing to do with any attraction to him as a person.

Andrew absorbs Wendy's revelation but is less open with the counsellor, only admitting that the knowledge Wendy has had a connection with another man has resulted in a massive shift in their relationship.

Later, when he reveals to Aaron that he doesn't know if he can trust his wife anymore, Aaron advises him that solving marriage problems are nothing like solving a crime. Reminded of what he does best, Andrew tracks down Quinn's number, clearly planning to confront and question him. But he's shocked when Wendy turns up instead, and she's furious.

Elsewhere, with the help of Sam, Leo and a packet of disappearing ink pens, Aaron and Krista manage to shut down the petition to stop Boylesque. The event is full steam ahead, prompting Aaron to test the limits of his tear-away pants so nothing goes wrong when he's performing. But when he gets called to an emergency at The Waterhole, he forgets what he's wearing and rushes off, only making it halfway across the Complex before his pants rip, leaving him naked from the waist down.

Hilary is there to take a photo and lodge a complaint with police, with a promise to picket outside Boylesque. But Krista isn't about to let this set-back deter her from making Boylesque a triumph.
