Tane tries to find the right moment to talk things through with Harper, but she continues to give him the cold shoulder. In the end, Harper encourages Tane to go home.
The next day, Tane points out to Harper that the current situation isn't working for either of them and he won't let her shut him out. Harper admits that she's struggling to have Tane around the house, so he offers to spend the day with Archie instead.
Meanwhile, Theo regains consciousness. Although this means he'll be able to give his statement to Cash, he seems more focused on Lacey's safety.

At the police station, Lacey tells Cash everything. Cash then heads to see Theo, where he confirms that Gage was the one who lowered the car on him. This matches Lacey's statement and is enough for Cash to arrest Gage.
Cash is shocked when Lacey is back with the River Boys when Gage is taken away in handcuffs. She tells Cash that this was her plan – there'll be no questions asked if she's with Gage when the police turn up.
Elsewhere, Leah meddles in Theo's love life by warning Lacey not to visit him again.
