Protective as ever towards her sister, Dana accuses Tane of dropping the ball when it comes to his involvement in the wedding planning. Dana then heads to Salt, drowning her sorrows with the excuse of sampling the wines that the venue has to offer for Harper's wedding.
Later, Sonny flirts with Dana, but protective Tane steps in to escort a drunken Dana home. Now acting with even less of a filter while under the influence, Dana gives Tane some insight into the intensity of Harper's feelings for him.
Meanwhile, Sonny disapproves when he catches Theo and Lacey pulling on clothes after their forbidden hook-up. An oblivious Gage reappears and pays Theo for his work and his involvement in the race.

Elsewhere, Tane refuses to accept Eliza back onto his youth programme and asks Roo what it's going to take before she realises there's something seriously wrong with the teen. Marilyn also tries to warn Roo after her conversation with Eliza's previous foster family.
Although Roo tries to look into Eliza's past, the teen manipulates her by claiming to be hurt over her lack of trust. Roo turns against Marilyn, who soon experiences more of Eliza's creepy behaviour.
