Cleo is horrified by Abe hiring an escort for her, so she pays him to leave. Abe is unimpressed.
Abe pressures Cleo, claiming that she is reneging on their deal to have an open relationship. They are interrupted by Sally.

Meanwhile, Dillon fails his driving test and can't take Lucas to Cornwall. Ste is depressed after his break-up with James. With Lucas they come up with a plan to get them back together.
Outside the hospital, Ste and James both get invited to a meeting at Casa McQueen and work out they have been set up by the children. Ste tells James he is the love of his life and begs for another chance. James is distraught and says he can't try any more.
Ste won't be deterred. Turning up at the flat, he finds James with painkillers and fears he was planning to misuse them.
