It's a killer summer in Hollyoaks, and as we slowly try to come to terms with Harry Thompson's devastating death, our thoughts are now turning to Breda McQueen's next victim.
The Channel 4 soap recently proved that nobody was safe when Breda ruthlessly decided to get rid of fan favourite Harry, who'd barely had five seconds to prove himself as a good father. Time to throw out the Team Breda t-shirts.
With another mystery target confirmed for the final week of summer, we look at which characters should be watching their backs.
1. Liam Donovan
It's easy to forget that Liam is a dad, since we hardly ever see him spending time with his daughter Iona. But if there's one way to find yourself in Breda's bad books, it's to neglect your fatherly duties like Liam does, so he could be playing with fire by devoting so much of his time to womanising and dodgy dealings.
As seen in Hollyoaks' recent trailer, it just gets worse for Liam as Breda will make a shocking discovery later in the summer. When Breda overhears Mercedes on the phone talking about her affair with Liam, she's fuming over her beloved son Sylver being treated like a fool. Will Breda decide to take Liam out of the picture?
2. Mercedes McQueen
Breda has exclusively targeted (alleged) bad dads during her time in the village so far, but she has already shown tell-tale signs that she's willing to stray from her modus operandi where Mercedes is concerned.

Eagle-eyed Breda isn't a fan of Mercy's half-hearted approach to parenting at the best of times, so the queen of Hollyoaks has already had a few lucky escapes. But with Breda set to uncover Mercy's affair later in the summer, the danger certainly isn't over yet.
3. Tony Hutchinson
Breda briefly considered Tony as a target at the start of summer, when he foolishly confided in her over his "bad dad" sins. Tony turned out to be a red herring when Breda chose to get rid of Harry instead, but is he out of the danger zone?
If Tony spots more worrying signs that there's something sinister about Harry's disappearance, it's possible that Breda might have to take drastic steps to silence him.
It seems unlikely that Hollyoaks will kill off original character Tony with its 25th anniversary coming up next year, but even a failed attempt at murdering him would provide some unmissable scenes for soap fans.
4. James Nightingale
There's not much happiness on the horizon for James following Harry's exit from the show. Gregory Finnegan, who plays the troubled lawyer, recently told Digital Spy that James's relationship with his son Romeo will end up in crisis later this year.
It's thought that this storyline will tie in with the fallout from Harry's tragic ending. If Breda sees James on a downward spiral over Harry – or worse, asking too many questions about his fate – it's possible she could be dishing up another poisoned lasagne to take another Nightingale out of the picture.
5. Joel Dexter
Joel isn't a dad, but Breda may be willing to make another exception to her usual rules, once she finds out that the priest is having a scandalous relationship with her daughter Goldie.
Joel's antics are in direct opposition to Breda's strict religious beliefs, and Goldie's involvement makes it way too close to home. Could a funeral for Joel be the reason that his father Warren Fox comes out of hiding again?
6 and 7. Ste Hay and Stuart Sumner
Breda hasn't been getting involved in Hollyoaks' far-right extremism storyline so far. This isn't too surprising, since a crazy serial killer saga and a serious issue-based plot don't really go hand-in-hand.
Even so, Ste's parenting has left a lot to be desired since he started mixing with Jonny Baxter and his dangerous associates, while vile gang leader Stuart is also a father. Could they find themselves on Breda's radar before the story is over?
8. Jack Osborne
Much like Tony, Jack has already confessed many of his "bad dad" sins to Breda already, but earned himself a reprieve when she took pity on him. But given Breda's ever-changing logic and lack of consistency, we doubt that Jack is out of the danger zone just yet.
Hollyoaks' summer trailer showed Jack in a decisive mood, insisting that the village's unknown serial killer needed to be stopped soon. That certainly won't be music to Breda's ears, and with the pair planning to get married, there's every chance that Jack could find himself in trouble by growing too close to the truth.
9. Tom Cunningham
Young father Tom is one of the most sensible villagers and a strong role model, but we've already seen how Breda's rash judgements aren't always the most reliable. The teen has also launched his Tom's Turtles business this summer, which – in Breda's eyes – could be distracting him from spending more time with his daughter Steph.
A shock death for Tom would certainly be a major curveball, but since he's a Hollyoaks legend in his own right, we're keeping our fingers crossed that he isn't next on the victims list.
10. Darren Osborne
Darren annoyed Breda recently when she found out that he'd been late picking up the kids from Tom's Turtles for several days running. Deciding not to rush into anything (this time), Breda vowed to keep a close eye on the situation.
Darren has already been confirmed to play a role in Hollyoaks' autumn stunt episodes later this year, so if Breda is targeting him next, it seems she won't be making a success of this particular murder attempt.
11. Finn O'Connor
Controversial character Finn is returning to the village soon when he's released from prison, but if his comeback goes down badly with Hollyoaks fans, the writers could easily be tempted to have Breda sort him out.
Finn fathered a child, Bella, with Amber Sharpe a few years ago – making him a classic "bad dad" target for Breda.
With that said, Finn's future seems secured in the short-term, as the show is building up to an emotional reunion for him and John Paul. These tense scenes will air later in the year, when James Sutton reprises the role of JP.
Hollyoaks airs weeknights at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first look screenings at 7pm on E4.
