Cain springs into action when he sees that Kyle has set a shed on fire outside and Monty is trapped in it. He desperately kicks down the door, eventually staggering out of the shed with Monty in his arms.
As everyone reels, Cain rushes to get to the vets, leaving Kyle riddled with guilt.
Later, Paddy arrives to tell the Dingle family that Monty has got cancer.
Meanwhile, Caleb warns Kerry to keep it down when discussing their counterfeit shoes scheme. They are shocked to find a label sewn into one of the shoes that reads "help me".
