Emmerdale spoilers follow.

It's a bad week for Emmerdale's Robert Sugden, as he's about to learn that his half-brother John isn't someone you want as an enemy.

Robert has been desperately trying to convince the villagers that John is too good to be true. He's not wrong, but the scheming medic retaliates tonight with a bold move to destroy Robert's reputation.

Before long, Robert is facing the wrath of several key Emmerdale players during a furious row at The Woolpack.

You can watch all the drama unfold on ITVX and YouTube right now, or wait until the episode airs at 7.30pm on ITV1 this evening. Here's our quick preview of who's queuing up to give Robert a piece of their mind…

1. John Sugden

Robert has been picking holes in his brother's stories, pointing out the strange coincidence of John always being around whenever someone has an unexplained medical emergency.

What to Read Next

After already learning about John "saving" Chas and Jacob in recent months, Robert is bemused tonight when Moira mentions that he also brought Cain back from the brink.

As Robert becomes more vocal with his theory that John is causing all the problems himself, his brother is starting to realise that he knows too much…

2. Ross Barton

In the opening scenes of Thursday's episode, John decides to tip off Ross about who really stole Lewis's secret stash of weed a few weeks ago.

John uncovered Robert's sly move in Wednesday's episode, after secretly planting a listening device at Victoria's place.

With Ross now in the picture over what really went on, his old rivalry with Robert is fuelled again and he tracks him down at the pub for a showdown. Never one to hold back, Ross tells everyone what Robert did…

3. Mackenzie Boyd

Mackenzie hasn't known whether to treat Robert as a friend or a foe, but his opinion is finally solidified this evening when he finds out who was behind the stolen weed fiasco.

Mack laments the fact that he and Robert could have been friends in different circumstances – alas, that now seems a long way off…

4. Moira Dingle

Moira has her own axe to grind over the missing drugs, as it's now clear that this was the reason two young lads broke into Butler's Farm earlier this week.

No-nonsense Moira had initially blamed Joe for sending thugs to scare her, but she now knows that Robert's actions were responsible for putting her boys Kyle and Isaac in harm's way.

Drug dealer Ray sent Dylan and another random lad to scope out the farm, wanting to see if there were any more drugs being grown there.

Plus, Moira also has a thing or two to say about Robert having the cheek to buy land from her when he was plotting and scheming the whole time.

5. Aaron Dingle

Aaron regrets giving Robert the benefit of the doubt when he finds out what his ex-hubby has been up to.

With the revelations coming thick and fast, Aaron complains to anyone who'll listen that Robert clearly hasn't changed and will always put himself first. All music to John's ears, as he's been worried about the possibility of Robert and Aaron reuniting…

6. Victoria Sugden

While Robert's sister is the only person willing to keep one foot in his corner, livid Victoria also has some choice words over the way he's been acting.

Victoria only wants the best for Robert, but his bad behaviour is making it increasingly hard for her to keep defending him. She wonders how he could have been so callous by turning against people who were only trying to help him.

Will Robert show any remorse? And more to the point, will anyone else ever see through John's act?

Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
