Emmerdale businessman Jai Sharma ends his affair with Leyla Harding after her irresponsible behaviour results in Noah discovering he was poisoned.
Jai (Chris Bisson) has been seeing Leyla (Rokhsaneh Ghawam-Shahidi) behind his partner Megan Macey's back, but decides to call time on their fling next week when Leyla makes a big mistake.
Jai's week gets off to a bad start when his sister Priya (Fiona Wade) discovers the truth about his infidelity and furiously confronts him, before urging her friend Leyla to think about Megan's feelings.
In the Woolpack, Leyla and Diane chat about the poisoning mishap that Megan has been accused of, unaware that Noah has overheard everything.
Later, Jai leaves Leyla devastated when he calls time on their affair, admitting that he is furious that she is the reason Noah now knows about the poisoning.
Emmerdale airs these scenes next week on ITV.
