Coronation Street star Ryan Prescott has confirmed that the Ryan Connor and Daisy Midgeley storyline isn't over.
Ryan and Daisy have been trying to move forward as friends in recent months after twice sharing secret kisses.
The characters were brought closer together after their involvement in the acid attack in March, but their connection could cause major problems as Daisy is still in a serious relationship with Daniel Osbourne.

Speaking exclusively to Digital Spy on the red carpet at the Inside Soap Awards 2023, Ryan Prescott teased: "Ryan has a love triangle situation between Daniel Osbourne and Daisy.

"Things have been on and off with Daisy for a while and things get very, very complicated there – and also very exciting."
Viewers have recently seen Daisy express concern for Ryan after discovering that he is filming sexual content for an Only Fans-style website.
Ryan made the surprising move for financial reasons but also to seek validation as he remains insecure about his acid attack scars.

Ryan Prescott told us: "It was an interesting story to play with because it was a complete left-turn after the acid attack and into the steroids storyline.
"There can sometimes be a typical linear distance to travel – you know the narrative is going to form its way as the path goes forward. But this has taken a complete left turn and I really like that.
"The writers have kept it really imaginative and it's kept me on my toes – it's allowed me to dig into different things. It's been really fun to play."
Ryan's storyline was among those recognised at the Inside Soap Awards, with the acid attack winning in the Best Showstopper category.
