The net is closing in on Angela's junkie son Conor following the recent staged "robbery". Detective Nikki questions Blue Ray over his involvement and although he denies that he robbed the Tyrells' house, Nikki bargains with him in the hope of getting some new information.
Adrijan and Sean head off to the university in search of the girl that Blue Ray described, who is believed to be receiving payment from students for drug debts in the form of goods. They return with a list of students who are believed to be doing drugs, with Conor Tyrell's name right at the top! The blood drains from Angela's face as she realises the terrible implications.
Meanwhile, Paudge's money worries continue to escalate when his builder Tim Moran arrives at the station, requesting to be paid. Despite Paudge's best efforts to evade capture, Tim finally catches up with him and all hell breaks loose. Angela is forced to intervene, leaving Paudge mortified. How will he get himself out of this one?
Elsewhere, despite Vincent withholding Katie's passport in a bid to stop her from going through with the abortion, he eventually gives in and agrees to support her by going with her to Manchester.
Also today, a furious Adrijan confronts Sean about his dalliance with Nikki, causing the two best mates to fall out spectacularly. As word spreads around the station, Nikki is horrified to hear her name dragged through the mud. Uncomfortable with her private business suddenly being public knowledge, she decides to end things with Sean.
