STV Player has acquired another soap after recent success with Brookside reruns.
The streaming service is now home to Irish serial drama Red Rock, which ran between 2015 and 2020. All 117 episodes are now available to watch for free.
Set in a fictional seaside town, the series centres around the lives of officers at the local Garda station, as well as the colourful townsfolk.
The first episode introduces viewers to the town's feuding families, the Kielys and the Hennessys, before new recruit Sharon Cleere (Jane McGrath) discovers a shocking secret about one of her superiors in the Garda.

Red Rock was created by Peter McKenna, the writer behind hit BBC thriller Kin. Former EastEnders producer John Yorke served as an executive producer and writer on the Irish soap.

That's not the only Walford connection, as Barry Evans actor Shaun Williamson later penned an episode of Red Rock.
The show notably starred Grey's Anatomy actor Richard Flood, as well as Conor Mullen, Sean Mahon, Patrick Ryan, David Crowley and Cathy Belton.

STV Player became the new home of Brookside last year, releasing five classic episodes every Wednesday.
The re-airing of the fan-favourite series quickly proved to be a ratings hit for the streamer, with the show breaking a number of viewing records.
March 2023 marked STV Player's greatest-ever month for video-on-demand streaming, just weeks after Brookside launched on the platform.
It received a whopping 11.6 million users across the UK, a 16% improvement on the previous record of 10 million in January 2021.
Red Rock is now available to stream on STV Player.
